Ana Machado is the Broker/Owner of Machado Property Pros, helping buyers and sellers throughout Sarasota and Manatee counties. She brings local knowledge, honest advice, and straightforward communication to every transaction. Fluent in English and Spanish, Ana has built her business through personal relationships and referrals, guiding clients from their first questions to the closing table. Outside of real estate, Ana enjoys yoga, cooking, traveling, and embracing life as a new mom. She brings that same warmth and personal connection to helping clients find a place to call home.
Day to day, the work is practical: finding the right property, preparing one for the market, or helping someone get oriented in Sarasota and Manatee.
Search, showings, offers, and the steps through closing — so a first home or a next home stays organized from the first tour to the keys.
A pricing conversation, then preparation, showings, and negotiation. She does not promise a sale price or a number of days on the market.
Neighborhoods, communities, schools, and everyday lifestyle in Sarasota and Manatee. She does not rank schools or quote school ratings.
